Loading Docks

Loading Dock Location:   This building has a loading dock with three loading bays, one of which is suitable for a standard 18-wheeler vehicle. One bay has a load leveler. The dock is reached from Crystal Drive. Arrangements to use the loading dock after normal business hours and on weekends must be made with the Property Management Office at least 24 hours in advance.

Loading Dock Hours:  The loading docks are open Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

*Vendors making deliveries between the hours of 11:30 a.m and 2:00 p.m or after hours must contact the Security Operations Center (SOC) at 703.413.0150 to request loading dock access.
 

Moves are not permitted until after 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and must be scheduled with the Property Management Team.
